the project is a pavilion style addition to an exisiting country style house. the contemporary addition is separated from the original dwelling via a glazed sliver, producing a clean connection whilst allowing for light to penetrate deep within the building mass. the new 'strip' is feathered out at one end with a pattened concrete produced through the cnc milling of the formwork.
