urban future have been commissioned to develop a 30 floor residential in nanning, china that will incorporate operable laser cut screens for each residential apartment, aimed to provide both solar and privacy mediation to the internal quarters. prototyping on the screen components will start within the next 4 weeks whilst the construction of the structure of the tower will commence in november 2011.
