urban future was employed as design consultant for architecture & urban studio to develop a beach house located at blueys beach. the concept set out to develop a split duplex that was intrinsically linked by a soft wrapping stairwell within a central courtyard. a minimal surface envelopes the stair and acts to funnel rainwater, delivering the water to an underground storage tank.
