the east darling harbour dockland, adjancent to the sydney CBD was developed to integrate a new passenger terminal, urban parklands, leisure, commercial, retail and residential programme. the multi-programmatic green towers were massed and sheared to enabled sun penetration deep into the lower levels of the scheme. the urban design includes water recycling, natural filtration, mass solar collection and deep soiled roof-scaped gardens.
